Terms of Service
Effective date: April 29, 2026 · Last updated: April 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Portable Partners site at /partners (the "Service"), operated by Portlogics Inc.("Portlogics"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for business users — overseas freight forwarders and logistics professionals authorized to engage on behalf of their company. By submitting a quote request you confirm you have such authority.
2. Quote requests are not contracts
Information you submit through the Service is treated as a request for quotation. Any quotation we send in response is a non-binding indication, valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 7 days unless otherwise specified) and subject to space and equipment availability. A binding contract of carriage is only formed when both parties sign or confirm a separate booking / shipping agreement.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or third-party data without authorization.
- Do not attempt to access non-public areas of the Service or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use the Service to ship goods prohibited by applicable law or international sanctions.
- Do not scrape, mine or otherwise harvest data from the Service.
4. Sanctions & export controls
You confirm that you, your company and any goods covered by an inquiry are not subject to sanctions administered by the UN, the EU, the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom or the Republic of Korea. We may decline to quote or to perform any service if we determine, at our sole discretion, that doing so would violate applicable sanctions or export controls.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, content, software and trademarks ("PORTABLE", "Portlogics"), is owned by Portlogics or its licensors. Nothing on the Service grants you any license except a limited, revocable right to view it for the purpose of submitting quote inquiries.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portlogics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Portlogics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the Service or any quotation. Liability for actual carriage of goods is governed exclusively by the separate transport contract between the parties (e.g. House Bill of Lading) and the applicable international conventions.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea.
